It is ideal for athletes and can be used in massage, either pure or diluted. Rosemary essential oil: Rosemary is a Mediterranean shrub with camphor-scented leaves and flowers. A symbol of remembrance and friendship, it was used in the Queen of Hungary's beauty water and the Four Thieves Vinegar.
