The ritual of coffee or tea transforms into a unique moment thanks to aromatic tea: invigorating in the morning, calming in the evening, for respiration, digestion, or detox… just choose the one that matches your current needs.
Bio T Biossentiel, aromatic grogs created by Nelly Grosjean, are true essential oil synergies to be enjoyed daily.
Origin of Bio T
Originally, the aromatic grog is an English drink made of rum, hot water, lemon, and honey, traditionally consumed to combat winter ailments: flu, colds, and other chills. Bio T Biossentiel, of course, are completely caffeine-free and alcohol-free!
Prepared with hot (not boiling) water and a little honey, Bio T can be enjoyed any time of the day. These warm drinks are both healing and comforting, helping to maintain and support our immunity when needed.
The coffee or tea ritual can be advantageously replaced by the “aromatic tea” ritual: relaxing in the evening, for respiratory support, digestion, detoxification, or revitalization… according to your needs.
Safety and Benefits
Essential oils are highly concentrated: what is beneficial in small amounts can become harmful in excess. Mixing or dosing them for drinking on your own is delicate and potentially dangerous. This is why it is essential to rely on the experience of specialists.
Bio T allows you to enjoy the benefits of essential oils safely, thanks to carefully crafted synergies. Natural health and enjoyment in a drinkable form is now possible!
Instructions for Use
- Place 3 to 6 drops of the Bio T of your choice in a cup (Respir’ to clear and purify, Digest to support digestion, Élimin to support the liver and gallbladder, Tonic for an energy boost, Relax to soothe and relieve anxiety).
- Add a teaspoon of honey, mix with a little hot water, then fill the cup with the desired amount of water.
For a to-go preparation, dilute 15 to 20 drops of Bio T in a spoonful of honey, then add one liter of hot (not boiling) water. Keep in a thermos for aromatic hydration throughout the day.
⚠️ Precaution
The water should be hot but not boiling (it should not burn the lips) to preserve all the properties of the essential oils.
