Composition / Essential Oils
  • Rosemary essential oil
  • Rosemary, common around the Mediterranean, is a shrub with long leaves and purple flowers whose scent is reminiscent of incense. A symbol of friendship, it is nicknamed "Western ginseng" for its tonic and stimulating properties.

Rosemary essential oil is indispensable in aromatherapy: tonic, aphrodisiac, healing, and digestive, it is recommended for fatigue, overwork, liver congestion, and to support athletes. It can be used in rubs, aromatic diffusers, baths, inhalations, or as an aromatic drink.
  • Lavandin abrial essential oil
  • Lavandin abrial is a hybrid of spike lavender and true lavender. More resistant and fragrant than other lavandins, it is cultivated mainly in the Drôme region and the south of France. Its essential oil, obtained by distilling the whole plant, is highly valued for external use. It has relaxing and calming properties, helps with sleep disorders, disinfects, heals, and soothes. It is one of the few essential oils that can be used undiluted.

  • Rose essential oil
  • Obtained by double distillation of the petals, Damask rose essential oil is precious and highly sought after in perfumery, cosmetics, and aromatherapy. Four tons of petals are needed to produce one kilogram of oil. It possesses unique tissue-regenerating, powerful anti-cancer, and anti-wrinkle properties. It soothes, balances the nervous system, promotes inner peace, and stimulates sensuality. It can be used as a rub, massage oil, aromatic drink, and in skincare.

  • Caraway essential oil
  • Caraway, cultivated for its aromatic leaves and seeds, produces a digestive and decongestant essential oil for the respiratory tract, obtained by distillation of the seeds. It is also purifying, antiseptic, and stimulating.

Its fragrance is powerful; it is advisable to use it sparingly or in synergy for diffusion.

  • Nutmeg essential oil
  • Nutmeg, the seed of the nutmeg tree native to Indonesia, yields an essential oil distilled from the dried fruit. Colorless and woody, it possesses analgesic, intestinal antiseptic, and digestive properties. It relieves pain and rheumatism, promotes digestion, and helps regulate menstruation. It can be used in rubs, baths, massage oil, drinks, or in a diffuser, respecting the recommended dosages.

  • Coriander essential oil
  • Coriander is cultivated in temperate zones and has been known since antiquity for its medicinal properties. Its essential oil, obtained by distilling the seeds, is sweet and spicy. It is invigorating, purifying, aids digestion, and combats fatigue.

It is used in rubs, aromatic diffusers, and drinks.

  • Marjoram essential oil
  • Marjoram, related to thyme, is cultivated around the Mediterranean basin. Its essential oil, extracted from the flowering tops, is calming and balancing, ideal for anxiety, stress, insomnia, and migraines. It can be used alone or in synergy, in rubs, baths, aromatic diffusers, drinks, or massage oil. Be careful not to confuse it with oregano: marjoram relaxes, oregano invigorates.

  • Basil essential oil
  • Basil produces an essential oil with antispasmodic properties, effective against digestive problems, nausea, and inflammatory pain. It also helps with stress, fatigue, and insomnia. It can be used as a rub, massage oil, and aromatic drink in synergy.

  • Cumin essential oil
  • Cumin, related to parsley and cultivated in the Middle East, yields an essential oil distilled from its seeds. It is analgesic, antispasmodic, aids digestion, and helps reduce stress and insomnia. It can be used as a rub, massage oil, and aromatic drink.
