composition / essential oils
litsea cubeba essential oil (exotic verbena / lemon litsea)
exotic verbena essential oil is prized for its powerful relaxing effects; it is mainly used in cases of temporary depression. Its use in aromatic diffusion brings calm and serenity and promotes the harmonisation of indoor air. It has anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antibacterial, digestive tonic, purifying and cleansing properties. It is used in cases of stress, anxiety, anguish, low energy and sleep disorders thanks to its sedative action on the central nervous system, but also in cases of muscle pain, tendonitis and rheumatism, or even in cases of low appetite. In beauty care, it purifies oily and acne-prone skin. Lemon litsea essential oil can be used in massage oils, beauty and bath products, aromatherapy diffusers, rubs and aromatic drinks, diluted in other essential oils or in a vegetable oil.
eucalyptus essential oil
there are many varieties of eucalyptus, from small indoor plants to large trees growing up to 150 metres tall, found in both tropical forests and deserts. Eucalyptus is one of the most purifying plants and one of the most widely used in winter aromatherapy. Its essential oil, extracted by distilling fresh or dried leaves, has a fresh, sweet scent. Eucalyptus essential oil cleanses and purifies the air; a general and respiratory antiseptic, antibacterial and antiviral, it helps to clear the respiratory tract and calm coughs, and supports the body against bronchitis, flu and ENT disorders. It promotes healthy immune system function and can help with muscle and joint pain. Energising and an excellent mental tonic, it is recommended for fatigue and lack of energy, as well as for allergies. In beauty care, it is used in skincare products and soaps to purify and mattify blemished skin. On its own, it can be used for inhalation and diffusion, or in synergy (massage oils, skincare, bath).
sweet orange essential oil
sweet oranges come from the white flowers of the sweet orange tree, which is native to China and now grown in areas with mild winters. The essential oil is obtained by cold pressing the fresh zest; it is fruity, fresh, sweet and sugary. It is used for its cleansing and purifying properties. It helps to reduce digestive problems (nausea, stomach ache, infant colic) as well as anxiety, stress and insomnia thanks to its sedative and calming action. Widely used in diffusion (alone or in synergy), it is also used in friction, inhalation, massage oil, aromatic drinks and baths, and in beauty products for a fruity note.
mandarin essential oil
mandarin, from the mandarin tree, is rich in vitamin C and ideal for supporting winter immunity. Less acidic than other citrus fruits, with sweet and very fragrant flesh, it is prized for home fragrances and purifying air fresheners. The essential oil is obtained by cold pressing the peel. Calming, it can help with insomnia (in both children and adults), stress, nervousness and agitation; It reduces anxiety and temporary depression. Antispasmodic, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory for the digestive system, it helps with stomach ache, indigestion and constipation, calms hiccups and can be useful during pregnancy and for infant colic. Its components also support the liver and gallbladder.
sweet mint and peppermint essential oils
mint, an aromatic plant from the Middle East, is now grown in humid and sunny environments (France, England, etc.). The essential oil is obtained by distilling the whole plant. Sweet mint and peppermint have similar properties. Sweet mint is known for its digestive, antibacterial, tonic and aphrodisiac properties; it promotes healing and helps manage stress. These oils are only used in aromatic drinks and in diffusion: never in rubs or baths (chilling effect on the skin). Peppermint in a hot digestive drink is a good substitute for coffee.
Palmarosa essential oil
Palmarosa, or rose geranium, with long leaves and a light rose-like scent, is native to India and Vietnam. Its essential oil, obtained by distillation, is a powerful purifier. Its fresh, floral scent makes it very popular in cosmetics. Antibacterial, antifungal, healing, antiviral and immune-boosting, uterine tonic, it is used for fungal infections (digestive, gynaecological, skin), urinary tract infections, sinusitis and ear infections. It is also recommended for skin problems (acne, eczema, oily or dry skin, wrinkles, scars) and wounds (cuts, bleeding). Uses: diffusion, massage oil in synergy, aromatic drinks and baths.

It is also used to treat anxiety, depression, insomnia and stress. Uses: massage oil, diffusion and inhalation.
vanilla essential oil
vanilla, a spice derived from tropical climbing orchids, originates from Mexico (now produced in réunion, madagascar and polynesia). After being boiled, steamed and sun-dried, the pods are refined to develop their aromas. Vanilla oleoresin, extracted by distillation, is known for its relaxing, nerve-stimulating, aphrodisiac and tissue-regenerating properties, and above all for its fragrance. It is used to combat stress, low mood, sleep disorders, digestive problems and sexual fatigue. In beauty treatments, it has healing and highly nourishing properties. Uses: massage oil, diffusion and inhalation.
