It strengthens the natural defences, tones the sympathetic nervous system, is antiseptic, thins the blood, heals, regenerates tissue and prevents ageing. It is recommended for fatigue, high blood pressure, skin and hair problems, cellulite and obesity. Lemon essential oil is used in skin applications, rubs and aromatic drinks.
